I want to raise some serious money for the RNLI!

I also want to have an adventure and to share it with my friends.

So... ...on 1st July 2007 I, Steve Cooksey, and First Mate Pete Caskey, will sail out of Fowey harbour in Cornwall in the Westerly GK29 "Gamaldansk", turn left (or as we call it in the trade "To Port") and seven weeks and some 1800 miles later we'll return to Fowey having sailed around mainland Britain.
Pete and I are both freelance sound engineers and our "Sound Crew" for the trip will be colleagues from our industry who will be picked up and dropped off at various planned stops along the way.
